Small group fitness classes that are challenging, fun, and results-oriented. Our CrossFit program aims to deliver a broad, general, and inclusive fitness by improving the areas of body composition, strength, power, stamina, agility, balance, coordination, speed, cardiorespiratory endurance, accuracy, and flexibility. The camaraderie and energy found in our CrossFit group classes is unlike anything found in a big- box gym environment!
Each class you will work hands-on with a certified CrossFit instructor who will help you reach your personal fitness goals! In addition to coaching through your daily training session, our instructors work with each member in areas such as nutrition, goal setting, and mobility/stretching so that our classes blend fitness education with strength and conditioning. What sets us apart from other CrossFit facilities in the area is our small class sizes, world-class programming, our breadth of experience (10+ years in “the game”), our level of professionalism, and our positive track record of safety. Our community is tight-knit and filled with highly motivated participants ranging from soccer moms to military personnel, as well and grandparents.
