Barbell Club

Red Phoenix Barbell Club is geared towards those who want to specialize in the Olympic lifts of the Snatch and Clean & Jerk, or to add proficiency in these lifts into their CrossFit workouts. Whatever your goal, we have the instruction and programming to help you achieve it. Coach Naomi K. leads this class every Tuesday at 6:30PM and Saturdays at 9:30AM. Basic membership to RPCF Barbell Club is included in your unlimited membership, and additional coaching and programming are available.
